Return Policy

We take pride in our colored elastic and we do our best to personally inspect all orders to ensure you will be receiving a quality product.

Because all orders are custom made just for you, we do not accept returns at this time. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis on situations where an error on our part has been made in your order, or where there is a defect in the material.

We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect. Computer monitors display colors differently; no two screens are exactly alike; and different dye lots may cause a slight variation in color from one dye run to another. If you are unsure about a color, email us for more information before you order.

Orders that are returned to us because of the following reasons may be refunded for the merchandise total.  However, under no circumstances will shipping charges will be refunded if the error was not made by us. 

          1) a bad address

          2) a refused delivery

Acceptable reasons for a return:

  • The color doesn't match the screen? Yes, we will accept your return! You will be required to cover all shipping charges, but we will return your merchandise total! 
  • Thought it was a different size? Yes, we will accept your return! You will be required to cover all shipping charges, but we will return your merchandise total! 

We cannot accept elastic rolls that has been cut! We weigh elastic when it is returned to us to ensure we are not reselling something that someone else cut into.
